Returning Merchandise

Lenses can be returned within 30 days and must be in the original package and uncut. Returns are accepted with our authorization only.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns involving refunds. The restocking fee does not apply if you prefer to have a store credit  applied to your account.


Discounts and Promotions

The value of the credit applied for items returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the discount given at purchase.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges will be at customer's cost. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact us at and we will issue you a return label.

Refunds/Store Credit

Please allow us 10-15 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
